With more than 30 years of experience, Jim’s been doing IT almost since before it was called “IT.” A consummate problem solver, Jim has kept businesses running through building fires, terrorist attacks and every technological shift since the early ’80s. Oh, and he can troubleshoot computer issues without a Google assist. Most days, Jim is busy requisitioning new equipment, deploying new tech and maintaining our network and infrastructure—but we like to throw some troubleshooting puzzles his way now and then, just to keep things interesting.
An avid climber (rocks, mountains, ice…you name it!), Jim spent 30+ years climbing dozens of sites across the US, Canada and Scotland—including Ben Nevis, Devil’s Tower, Capital Peak and Royal Arches to name a few. When he’s not cooking, hiking and spending time with his family, you’ll find Jim volunteering at Harmony House no-kill cat shelter, where he can indulge in his love of cats without imposing on his cat-allergic family.
