Sr. Performance Media Manager, B2B (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, OTT/CTV)

You are: A passionate digital marketer capable of high-level campaign strategy and execution—eager to take charge and steer our clients’ full-funnel, omnichannel media programs. You have experience with advanced targeting and delivery of B2B media—paid search, paid social, display and OTT/CTV video. You’re collaborative, driven, proactive, and never satisfied with the status quo.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it): Help concept, execute, manage and optimize impactful, large-scale digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be expected to understand marketing objectives and plan integrated programs that align accordingly. You’ll collaborate closely with creative team members, content strategists, and account teams to contribute to overarching marketing strategies.

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in planning, execution, optimization, and reporting on results-driven digital campaigns (paid search, display, retargeting, paid social), ideally within an agency environment
  • Proficient with Google Ads editor
  • Proficient with targeting for paid social campaigns
  • Experience with B2B data appending, onboarding and activation
  • Proficient with tagging and reporting protocols including Google Tag Manager, UTMs, GA, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Holistic view of media that incorporates both digital and offline media strategies to reach target

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple digital paid media management platforms
  • Experience planning and delivering programmatic campaigns
  • Experience managing video advertising campaigns (OTT/CTV)
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
  • Experience with audience sizing and performance projection
  • ABM strategy and activation experience
  • Ability to use Google Ads script to optimize process and increase efficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel—VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.
  • Experience in evaluating and incorporating offline media in to integrated media approach
