We need an “A” player with 1-3 years of post-graduate agency experience. Join a growing agency with a strong list of market-leading clients. The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) at LoSasso Integrated Marketing plays a vital role in developing and executing client marketing strategies and tactics. Through autonomous project management, the AAE is primarily responsible to ensure effective and efficient delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The AAE is expected to learn the client markets and industries – and become a brand expert and trusted client advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Types: social media, digital paid media, email campaigns, print collateral, content, web updates, trade show
  • Manages projects with support of AE and Senior Account Manager across two large clients
  • Partners with strategy, creative and production to develop timelines
  • Stays on tops of all aspects of a project – always able to explain the status, next steps and budget
  • Attention to detail and thorough follow up
  • Organization and drive to keep projects moving proactively
  • Understanding of how to move projects along and when to elevate as appropriate
  • Creates weekly status reports for each client and communicates both internally and externally
  • General understanding of billing and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Experience and knowledge of traditional print advertising, web strategy and design
  • Familiarity with print processes and production
  • Experience with B-to-B and cooperative advertising preferred
