Your Mission

You’re a concept-hatching, client-wowing, idea-obsessed creative who believes the right words can change everything. You’ll lead the charge on content and messaging across our B2B clients—sometimes rolling up your sleeves and writing killer copy, sometimes zooming out to orchestrate brand-changing campaigns, and sometimes steering a talented bunch of freelance writers and in-house teammates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Copywriting: Shape narratives and campaign messaging for diverse B2B clients, ensuring clarity, impact, and business relevance across all platforms (digital, print, social, etc.).
  • Conceptual Development & Execution: Partner with art and strategy leads to generate and execute compelling, insight-driven concepts that solve real marketing challenges.
  • Technical Content Leadership & Planning: Distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content—white papers, case studies, thought leadership, web copy—that drives B2B impact. Collaborate with SMEs and clients to ensure accuracy while planning and prioritizing content across channels.
  • Resource & Workflow Planning: Work closely with account leads to anticipate upcoming needs, help scope creative work, and align resources for the best impact. Proactively assign and balance workloads across the team to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Mentor junior and freelance talent; provide ongoing feedback; set and uphold high creative standards; oversee workflow, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Present work to clients, interpret feedback, and translate business objectives into actionable creative deliverables.
  • Process & Quality Control: Implement copy processes, ensure brand and regulatory guidelines are met, and maintain quality across all deliverables.
  • Professional Growth: Stay current with B2B industry trends, creative best practices, and content innovation; foster a positive, collaborative culture.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 5 in B2B environments (agency or client-side).
  • Hands-on conceptual work for digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Direct experience presenting to, collaborating with, and educating B2B clients.
  • Proven leadership and resource management skills in small, hybrid creative teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of content strategy, messaging frameworks, and omnichannel marketing.
